Privacy Policy

Klarion Partners is a business name used by Insyg LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Klarion Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through klarionpartners.com, including the contact form and AI assistant.

Effective date: October 7, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. Information we collect

When you contact us through the website, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, company, business email address, area of interest, and message.

Our hosting and security infrastructure may also process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and server or security logs. If Bluehost presents a human-verification challenge, a strictly necessary security cookie may be placed in your browser.

If you use the AI assistant, Botpress processes the messages you submit, the assistant’s responses, feedback you provide, and technical information associated with the conversation. This may include chat and user identifiers, request timestamps, IP address, and browser or device information. Provide only the information needed to explain your business question.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information through the contact form or AI assistant. The assistant can make mistakes; its responses are general information, not professional advice.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to take steps you request before a potential engagement, for our legitimate interests in business communication and website security, to comply with law, or with consent when required.

3. How information is disclosed

We do not sell personal information, rent it to third parties, or disclose it for targeted advertising. Information submitted through the contact form is delivered to our business email account and is not currently entered into a customer relationship management system.

Limited information is processed by Bluehost and its supporting infrastructure as necessary to host the website, operate email, deliver form submissions, maintain security, and produce technical logs. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

The AI assistant is provided through Botpress. Conversation content and associated technical information are processed by Botpress and the service providers it uses to host and operate the assistant, including AI model providers where used to generate responses. Botpress’s Privacy Statement describes its processing and service providers. Using chat does not by itself send a contact-form inquiry or guarantee that a team member will follow up; use the contact form or email to request a response.

4. Cookies, browser storage and technical usage data

We do not add advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or session-recording tools to the website. A strictly necessary Bluehost human-verification cookie may be used to prevent automated abuse and allow the contact form to function. Blocking necessary cookies may interfere with form submission.

Botpress is loaded only after you choose to open the assistant and continue past the chat notice. Webchat uses browser local storage for chat identity and conversation continuity under the supplied configuration. This can persist between visits until cleared; it is separate from provider-side message retention. Clearing site data may prevent you from resuming a conversation but does not delete records held by Botpress. You can use email or the contact form without opening chat.

Chat service providers may process technical and operational usage information to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service. The chat interface also loads its font from Google Fonts when available, which involves a request to Google with associated technical information such as your IP address.

Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, browser-based Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals do not enable or disable the optional assistant; you control whether it is loaded by choosing to continue from the chat notice.

5. Retention

Inactive inquiries are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted when reasonably practical. If an inquiry results in a client engagement, related information may be retained longer as necessary for contractual, accounting, legal, compliance, or dispute-management purposes. Technical and security logs are retained according to the operational schedules of our hosting provider.

Chat records follow the retention settings and terms applicable to our Botpress service. Botpress currently documents standard retention of 90 days for conversations and messages and 30 days for logs; other technical records may remain until deleted. See its retention documentation. Records copied into business correspondence may follow the inquiry or engagement retention periods above. Contact us to request deletion; clearing your browser storage alone does not delete provider-side chat records.

6. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information we collect, including HTTPS, access controls, form validation, spam controls, and authenticated email delivery. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Klarion Partners operates from the United States. If you submit information from another country, it may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Botpress and its service providers may also process information in other countries according to their applicable service arrangements. Do not assume that chat data stays in your country of residence.

7. Your privacy choices

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis for processing.

For chat-related requests, include the approximate conversation date and relevant context, without sending sensitive information. Submit a request to inquires@klarionpartners.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain information where permitted or required by law. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

8. Children’s privacy

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or under the minimum age established by applicable law. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, service providers, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be identified clearly where required.
